Everything from roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning,
to foundation/basement/structure and interior/exterior is covered.
An extra page for additional comments on the building, and an inspection
contract are included. The 3-part NCR report *snap* apart, giving you
a copy for your client, and a copy for your files. there is also an
"eyes only" note page for the inspector to document pertinent info, and
the front cover has space for notes. When the inspection is finished,
complete the tab and file the checklist in its jacket. The two-color
